JEAN INFO

The best way to care for your jeans and ensure good condition of the embroidered patch is to wash on cold/delicate cycle and lay flat to dry. It is best if they are washed alone and inside out. 

The patch WILL begin to peel if dried in the dryer, and may peel with multiple and frequent washes. This is NOT considered a defect of the jean. There will not be refunds or discounts given for patches falling off after washed/dried. 

Jeans are eligible for exchanges or returned for in store credit only. You MUST email westerntbrand@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your package if you wish to exchange or return. If exchanging and size desired is out of stock, they will be shipped to you as soon as restocked. If the jean ends up not restocking, you may exchange for another jean or receive in store credit. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. Tags MUST still be attached and packing slip placed inside package when sent back. Package must be clean and secure. Your in store credit or exchange will not be applied/shipped until the jean is received back to us and in proper condition.
