ONCE ALL ORDERS/PACKAGES ARE SHIPPED WESTERN T BRAND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN ITEMS/PACKAGES. 

TURNAROUND TIME: TURN AROUND TIME IS THE TIME ALLOWED FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE PREPARED IN THE WTB HQ AND THEN DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE. SHIPPING TIME IS NOT INCLUDED OR APART OF TURNAROUND TIME. DO NOT GET THE TWO CONFUSED.

PLEASE CHECK THE TURNAROUND TIME (BUSINESS DAYS) ON YOUR ORDER BEFORE EMAILING ASKING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS. IF YOUR ORDER IS WITHIN THE TURNAROUND TIME, YOUR EMAIL WILL NOT BE RESPONDED TO UNTIL IT IS SHIPPED. EX: If you order on Wednesday Dec. 7th, your order has until Wednesday Dec. 21 to be dropped off at the post office and still be within a 10 business day turnaround time. (Most of the time we are ahead of turnaround time, this is just for precaution).

If you choose priority shipping, (typically 1-3 days), THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU WILL HAVE YOUR PACKAGE 2-3 DAYS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER. The turnaround time is posted at the TOP OF THE WEBSITE. The turnaround time is PROCESSING TIME. Western T Brand prints all orders IN HOUSE, MANUALLY. This is why most of the time our turnaround time is 8+ business days out. We have up to the turnaround time frame to get your order TO THE POST OFFICE. The shipping method you chose (+ approx. days it tells you), will go into effect ONCE THE PACKAGE IS SCANNED AT THE POST OFFICE. 

2 Shipping Methods

Flat Rate Shipping - DOES NOT include insurance. Only applicable to packages under 1 lb. 

Priority Shipping - Includes $100 insurance if product/package is damaged, lost, or stolen. To file a claim for this, DO NOT email Western T Brand, there is nothing we can do with your package once it has left our warehouse. Please file all claims with your local USPS. PRIORITY shipping method is faster. If your package is over 1 lb. you will automatically be directed to priority shipping.

YOU WILL ALWAYS BE GIVEN AN OPTION TO CHOOSE PRIORITY SHIPPING. WE HIGHLY SUGGEST DOING SO IF YOUR PACKAGE IS TAMPERED WITH.
